Victoria has been a lover of Happy Hour for years but never really had a good source telling her which ones were the best. As a result, Victoria (a.k.a. Vixen) made it her mission to become L.A.’s premiere Happy Hour Expert and starting her writing her blog, Vixen’s L.A. Happy Hours. During this journey, she has found some amazing places and has made some fun, new friends along the way. She in no way thinks of herself has a writer, rather just a girl who enjoys cocktails and wants to share her amazing finds with you.
